Series contains copies of the official newsletter published by the Kettle Valley Pioneers that reports important updates for the club and Elgin Historical Show. The bulletin was originally titled “Kettle Creek Bulletin”. The title was changed to “Kettle Valley News” in January, 1993.
Series contains bound final reports for the 1985 International Plowing Match which was held in Elgin County and includes reports from various committees as well as statements of receipts and expenditures. Series also contains loose papers including correspondence, a budget, site map, and copies of a report produced by Don Williams that was submitted to the final report. Includes an annotated photocopy of participants contributing to the Antique and Historical section of the plowing match.
Series contains records created, collected and maintained by the Yarmouth and Belmont Agricultural Society, likely acquired during Frank Moore's tenure as President of the society. Includes administrative and procedural records, correspondence, prize lists, newspaper clippings and ephemera.

This fonds consists of member registers (1874-1960), meeting registers (1918-1960), minute books (1908-1981), correspondence (1940-2003), financial information (1886-1992), leases (1889-1899), and assorted ephemera relating to Masons in general, and events or persons belonging to Cameron Lodge. These records were created, maintained, and preserved by the Lodge, and remain of particular importance due to losing many records in their earlier years.
There are four series within the fonds:
- Administration (membership ledgers, minute books, and meeting information, and any other information concerning Lodge meetings)
- Correspondence
- Financial (cash books, account books, auditors’ reports, invoices, and receipts)
- Miscellaneous (blueprints for the 1957 Lodge building, copies of two original leases, information about an early member of the Lodge, and assorted materials relating to Lodge charity work and meetings)
Collection contains material collected, created or maintained by Shirley Ewanick, mostly regarding the history of cemeteries in Elgin County. Also contains research material relating to the history of street names in St. Thomas.
UntitledSeries contains postcards collected by Ken Verrell. There is a strong emphasis on postcards with railway pictures of trains and locomotives, stations and bridges. The series also contains postcards with scenic views, streetscapes and buildings throughout Elgin County, including in Port Stanley, St. Thomas, Rodney, Dutton, Vienna and Port Burwell.
Series contains miscellaneous records collected by Ken Verrell regarding general Elgin County history.
This series is comprised of a Christmas greeting card sent out by Grace F. Sharratt of West Lorne, 1917, as well as correspondence relating to the recognition dinner being held by the Kiwanis Club of West Lorne, to recognize charter member Earl Lemon on May 2, 1979.
