Fonds consists of a letter from Bryan P. Reardon (Chair of Classical Studies, Trent University, 1967-1974) to Janet Bews, 1988. Also included are offprints signed by their authors, Bryan Reardon, Norma Miller (Bews' Ph.D. supervisor and Ashley Fellow of Trent University 1985-1986), and Konrad H. Kinzl and Herman Pontes (colleagues). Collection consists of 9 taped interviews on the subject of Leslie Frost (Premier of Ontario 1949-1961) and his brothers Cecil and Grenville of Lindsay, Ontario. Interviews were conducted by Brian McFadzen in 1984 with Roland Michener, William Davis, Clare Westcott, Richard Gorwill, Marjorie Porter, Hugh Latimer and Alf Cole. Transcripts of these interviews are provided. Collection also includes a compact disk of photographs reproduced from a Frost scrapbook showing photographs of Frost homes and offices in Lindsay and portraits of the Frost brothers. Also included is a paper given by Brian McFadzen in 2006, "The Frost Brothers in Lindsay."

This collection consists of 278 slides taken by Rosemary McConkey during her work as a nutritionist in Malaya (1962) and in Nigeria (1965). McConkey supplied a detailed listing of the slides and also included a 45 r.p.m. recording of the national anthem of Malaya "Negara Ku,", six books relating to the two areas and a map of Malaya. Collection consists of nine Boyd family photograph albums, 14 glass plate negatives, and several strip negatives. The images depict the lives and activities of the Boyd family of Bobcaygeon, Ontario, and include lumbering scenes, Trent Canal steamboats, buffalo/Hereford animals, and travel excursions. Also included are three "Gypsy" photographs (Peterborough, 1909), and photographs of winter sporting activities. Several photographs depict family members; many are unidentified. Also included in this collection are copies of the wills of WT.C. Boyd and Mossom Boyd.

Also included are pieces of sheet music and music certificates of Alice Roger Collins; medical certificates of Doctor Thomas Hay; newspaper clippings related to Katherine E. Wallis; and a scrapbook of nineteenth-century ferns and mosses of the United Kingdom.

Fonds is comprised of three bound volumes of correspondence, sketches, paintings, diaries, receipts, newspaper clippings, deeds, baptismal and marriage records, family trees, and scrapbooks pertaining to the Wallis family. Included also are several documents pertaining to the Forbes family, related to the Wallis family through marriage. The Peterborough-born sculptress Katherine E. Wallis (1860-1957), whose papers are located in Trent University Archives, was a member of the Wallis family.
The volume spines are inscribed as follows:

Fonds consists of photographs (ca. 60) related to the families of Jacob Way (1804-1882), originally of Northport, Prince Edward County, Ontario, and his two sons, Edward Hoag Way (1845-1922) and Gideon Shepard Way (1853-1937). Also included are death certificates, copies of clippings, and detailed typed documents which provide genealogical and biographical information pertaining to each of the families; these were prepared by family descendant, Yvonne A. Green. Ms. Green also provided identification for some of the photographs which had previously been unidentified.
