Contents: eight handbound volumes. Bernt Vik attended a textile school in Sweden, possibly in Gothenburg. He and his classmates created handbound books of their notes and handouts because affordable texts from Europe and Scandinavia were not available. The volumes consist of mimeograph handouts of text, plus pasted in diagrams and illustrations. Some of the illustrations are mimeograph handouts, some are published illustrations or photographs. Also included are hand-drawn weaving diagrams as well as textile and wool samples.

Collection consists of materials created and accumulated by Bertram R. Davis on the history of Bristol and the romantics. Includes correspondence between 164 correspondents, 45 manuscript groups, research notes, photographs, clippings, articles, offprints, excerpts, and other ephemera. Also included is a file of correspondence from Bertram donated by Kenneth Curry and a file of correspondence relating to portraits of Southey donated by Dr. Warren U. Ober.

Correspondence, 116 letters, from Beulah Alloway to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harley Misener of Brantford, Ont. The letters describe her journey to Africa and her daily life and work in Kenya. Also included are newsletters sent out by the Alloways, correspondence relating to Beulah's death, and 4 photographs.

Fonds consists of two volumes, one a letter book R. Boehmer & Co., 1900-1908, and the other the minute book of the Kitchener, Waterloo and Bridgeport Coal Dealers Association, 1919-1936. E.S. Boehmer was secretary of the Association and H. Boehmer was a member. Also included is a small amount of ephemera.

Contents: fonds is comprised of materials related to the Bowlby-Boyd family of Emma Allen Boyd nee Bowlby and her husband Gardiner Boyd. Includes materials related to their children, as well as to Emma's family. Fonds is comprised primarily of photographs of various extended family members and friends, as well as of Emma's autograph book.

Scrapbook of newspaper clippings concerning the 1935 federal elections in Canada. They document the campaign in Kitchener-Waterloo and the surrounding area, along with other parts of Ontario, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Included is coverage of various political parties such as the Conservatives, Co-operative Commonwealth Federation (C.C.F.) and Liberals. Clippings predominantly originate from the Kitchener Daily Record, with clippings from the Mail and Empire, the Toronto Star, and Daily Star appearing throughout.

Material documenting all aspects of the activities and operations of the Canadian Coalition on Acid Rain during its 10-year existence from 1981-1991. This includes correspondence, minutes and reports, research files, financial records, legal records, publications, ephemera, audio-visual material, realia, and other material created or received by the CCAR and CAPF in the course of their business, and constitute a study in Canada-U.S. environmental relations. The Coalition's complex series and file numbering system has been retained and some gaps and inconsitencies in numbering are present. A sequential file number has also been assigned for retrieval. Contents : file consists of one letter from Christian Enslin, bookseller and bookbinder, Waterloo, Ontario to Fredrick Heinitsch, M.D., Lancaster, Pennsylvania requesting the right to "Mother Drops", a medicine created by Dr. Heinitsch on which he held the patent.
The letter also includes information on bookbinding and printing practices in Upper Canada and makes reference to local figures such as Benjamin Eby, Bishop of the Mennonites.

Scrapbooks created and accumulated by Claire Wallace which contain radio scripts, correspondence, clippings and other material relating to her career as a broadcaster and also to her travel bureau.

Correspondence, documents, journals, and a photograph relating to Colin Rankin's activity as a Fur Trader for the Hudson's Bay Company. Included are three journals kept by Donald McKay, Fur Trader, between 1799 and 1806, which were acquired by Rankin probably during his stay in the Temiskaming district.
