Collection consists of material collected by Paul Delaney in his research for his book After the Fire and during his many years as both an employee of Sainte-Marie among the Hurons and as a member of the Friends of Sainte-Marie.

The sous-fonds consists of records kept by Sister Mary Anthony Hartleib, the majority of which are about her artwork. The records include sale agreements, publications, and thank-you letters from groups that received her icons. Also included in the sous-fonds are some of her original artworks as well as photographic reproductions of artworks that may or may not be held in the Archives. The sous-fonds also consists of speeches and presentations written by Sister Mary Anthony, and certificates and records of graduation.

Fonds consists of the archival contents of Betty Goodwin’s studio, including sketchbooks and notebooks in which she drew and recorded inspiration and ideas; loose sketches and notes; found and manufactured objects retained for their aesthetic or inspirational qualities; printing plates; folders containing inspirational found images and the artist’s re-workings of same; photographs of the artist and her work spaces; folders and a maquette relating to proposals for public commissions; a small amount of personal correspondence and publicity material; photographic documentation of her artwork; her numerous awards and honourary degrees; and video documentation of Goodwin’s dance collaborations.

Fonds consists of Robert Fones’ correspondence, journals, sketchbooks, art production materials and files for artworks and public art commissions, unpublished handmade artists books, a set of rubber stamps used for correspondence art, and ephemera related to Coach House Press, a publisher Fones had a longstanding relationship with. Fonds also includes Fones’ research and business files as well as files related to his design, curatorial and writing projects.

The fonds is organized in the following series. Those series most pertinent to Gerry’s work and interest in canoes and history are Series A to F. However, the photographic collections found elsewhere contain many shots related to canoeing history. The papers are also distinguished by materials related to the lives of his parents and grandparents and his uncle, Mel Sucee.

The fonds documents Andrew Tomcik's career as a professor, graphics designer and consultant. It includes correspondence, writings, design examples, design work and posters created by Tomcik for corporate clients and York University, such as silkscreen and lithographic pieces. Also included are prints, notes, clippings, conference material, student projects, teaching files for his history of design course, design books and magazines.

Fonds consists of the papers and drawings of Mary Shane (nee Ferguson) from 1909-1960. They were created in multiple locations across Ontario, including: Perth, Mitchell, Brampton, Oakville, Bowmanville, and Port Hope. It has been arranged into five (5) series: (1) Art; (2) Clippings; (3) Correspondence; (4) Newspapers; (5) Publications.

Fonds consists of records relating to the life and work of Florence Vale. Textual materials include correspondence, records of exhibitions, and documentation of her artwork. Fonds consists of four series; education of Wentworth’s schooldays at Appleby, Old Boys’ Association, correspondence and the Walker Family series, which consist of family heritage pieces related to Appleby College. Of note is a child’s table and chair set that was made by Appleby’s founder and Wentworth’s uncle, John Guest.

Fonds consists of personal and professional records of Gershon Iskowitz, including photographic documentation of his family and early life, self and studio, and works of art; publicity material including newspaper clippings about his career; personal artefacts such as identity documents; a small amount of personal correspondence; and a condolence book signed at his memorial service.

The series contains correspondence, newsletters, photographs, scrapbooks, postcards, diagrams, clippings, bulletins, brochures, programs, song sheets, posters, publications, dramatic scripts, and reports. This material is related to the history of the third Mother House of the Sisters of St. Joseph in London, which was called Mount St. Joseph. There is information about the construction of the building and detailed information about its special features and decoration, including the Immaculate Conception Chapel, and its grounds, particularly the Grotto. The records also relate to planning the construction of, and move to, the Sisters’ residence in 2007, and the sale of the Mount St. Joseph building and property. There are records which reflect communal life in the convent, including the various organized groups, events, and dramatic and musical entertainment, and menus, meal planning, and recipes. The series contains records related to men religious who served at the Mother House, and other Diocesan correspondence. Information about both Fatima Hall and Ignatia Hall can be found, including the various uses of space in these buildings.

Collection consists of archival material included in the Wyndham Lewis Collection. Consisting of batches of letters from Lewis' widow, Anne Wyndham Lewis (Froanna), news clippings on various aspects of Lewis' public activities (book reviews, criticism, artwork, obituaries), and promotional material relating to his publications (publishers' advertisements, inserts, and other ephemera).

Series contains Sister Norita Keenan’s single page memoir, a postulant requirement list, souvenir booklet of the Diamond Jubilee, chaplain list, meal seating plan, farewell ceremony agenda and schedule, photographs, land and property maintenance receipts, property sketch, chronology of property transfers and sales, rededication ceremony program and speech, letter from General Superior to Sisters, decorative Christmas card and envelope with list of donors of a car, newspaper clippings, student created books, and Bach sheet music owned by Cesar Borre.

Collection consists of five (5) copies of the "Our Commander March" Sheet Music written by J.W. Chadwick, 1916. The March was dedicated to Lieut-Col. R.W. Smart of the 139th Battalion, Port Hope; and published by Empire Music and Travel Club Ltd., 26 College Street, Toronto.

Fonds consists of files relating to Larry Zolf's activities as journalist and writer and to his career with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The fonds includes personal and professional correspondence, drafts of television programs, magazine articles, dramatic works and reviews, notebooks, research files, diaries and financial records. It also includes draft manuscripts, research material, and correspondence related to his books "Dance of the dialectic," "Just watch me : remembering Pierre Trudeau," "Scorpions for sale," "Zolf," and "The Dialectical dancer," as well as for his online column, "Inside Zolf."

The fonds consists of McInnis' publication files, including scholarly articles and correspondence, drafts, research notes, photographs, and other material for "The Long Cold Peace: Treaty Making after World War II", "The East", "Canada: A Political and Social History", "North American Nations", and other works. Fonds also includes professorial files documenting his teaching at the University of Toronto and York University; Canadian Institute of International Affairs files; research files; and other material reflecting his varied interests in history, current events and world politics.

Fonds consists of three (3) blueprints of The Bluestone House, 1918; various Port Hope receipts; receipts from the Port Hope Hospital Trust; and publications related to Monsignor Leo. A. Cleary.

The records consists of several series. One series is correspondence to E. Ann Lowthian from Marjorie Blosdale. The majority of correspondence is to Bessie from different cousins and friends. There is also a series of Greeting Cards for Christmas, Easter, and other occasions. Of special interest are the programmes of The Mozart Music Club which operated for eighteen years. There are also several copies of the programme "Suzanne" written by Eric Minnitt. Another series is from the University of Toronto's Royal Conservatory of Music which features invitation cards to Bessie for various student recitals. Other series include family photographs or negatives (not identified) and newspaper clippings.
