Fonds consists of oral and amassed histories on topics pertaining to the history and development of Burlington, and the Burlington centennial film project.

The fonds is largely a collection of correspondence between various members of the Clarkson family, spanning most of their lives from 1904 to about 1963. A substantial amount of the material focuses on their travels and the primary recipient is Alice Baines Clarkson. The fonds also contains family and Trinity related photographs, diaries, records from the Women’s Musical club, and other memorabilia.

Fonds consists of deeds, mortgages, letters, last wills and testaments, and abstracts many associated with Guelph residents including James Goldie. Included are deeds issued by the Canada Company, the City of Guelph, and the James Goldie Company Limited. Other records describe lots or pertain to water levels at the “People’s Mill” in Guelph. There is no further arrangement to these records.

Fonds contains scholarly and personal documents, correspondence, and photographs from Derwyn Owen’s time as a scholar before, during, and after his time at Trinity College. Files include subject notes, lecture notes, thesis materials, manuscripts, reading lists, and class lists from Owen’s time as a Fellow and Lecturer at Trinity College as well as correspondence and reviews relating to his published works. Files also include personal correspondence, primarily with Anne Armour (later Mrs. Owen), diaries, passports, and personal and professional certificates. Also included are pamphlets, programs, letters, official papers, newspaper clippings, speeches and other documents from his tenure as Provost of Trinity College (1957-1971).

Collection consists of textual records pretaining to the life of John McCrae. Included are the publications Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae 1872-1918 Soldier, Poety, Physician, the McCraes of Guelph by A.E. Byerly, and a copy of The Torch which includes an inserted piece of paper pretaining to David McCrae's family. There are also newspaper clippings various newspapers about John McCrae.

Fonds consists of the administrative records and research papers of The Divinity 150 Project. It includes organizational documents, research notes and materials, surveys completed by divinity students, oral history recordings, copies of the database on floppy disks, and drafts of a planned book.

Fonds consists of photographs, textual records and objects collected or accumulated by Dorothy Huck. Included are photographs of Dorothy Huck, and certificates from the Guelph Kiwanis Music Festival and the Stratford Music Festival, and a notebook marked Loretto Academy.

The Earle Grey Players Collection consists of programmes and brochures for the annual Shakespeare Festival held at Trinity College, historical information on the founding and development of the Shakespeare Festival, and ephemera related to the Festival, including a bronze plaque commemorating the location of a mulberry tree grown from a tree in Shakespeare’s birthplace Stratford-on-Avon.

The fonds consists of a notebook, with the title "Notes on the 39 Articles of the Church of England, the Provost" (the provost was C. W. E. Body); a sermon, "Pastoral Theology"; and a letter from A. H. Young, registrar of Trinity College, to Pickford acknowledging Pickford's intention to write the primary examination.

The fonds consists of correspondance relating to Cayley’s appointment to St. Simon’s Church in 1900, clippings of articles written by Cayley, and manuscripts of sermons and talks by Cayley.

Fonds consists of personal documents from Betty Dashwood’s time at Trinity College. Files include correspondence and information about College and University registration, classes, and services, newspaper clippings, receipts, invitations, and programmes. Files also include a wooden St Hilda’s plaque with Elizabeth Dashwood’s name and year on it, a felt T with the U of T crest, an attendance book for the St Hilda’s Alumnae Association, and 8 black and white photographs of Trinity teams and clubs.

Fonds consists of records created and or acquired by Elizabeth Watt. Records include her will, statutory declarations, life insurance policies, school certificates for Daniel Watts, family history information, and materials pertaining to the financial disbursement of her estate.

Fonds consists of pencil drawings executed by Ellen Simon as designs for the stained glass windows on the east wall of Strachan Hall, Trinity College. At the time she was working for the Yvonne Williams Studio, and the work was commissioned by Gerald Larkin.
Three of the windows were completed. The fonds also includes a statement written by Ellen Simon in 1999 regarding the commission, design and execution of the windows.

The fond consists of photocopies of records that document her military career, and photographs pertaining to the life, education and military career of Ethel Blanche Ridley.
