Collection includes the agendas, minutes, and correspondence of the Meta Incognita Project Steering Committee and the Archival Research Task Force (ARTAF). Also included are ARTAF research materials, reports, transcripts, notes, etc. relating to an American Historical Association meeting and a Trent University conference which focused on the subject of Frobisher and his Northwest initiatives.

Fonds consists of records relating to the Policy Advisory Committee to Robert Lorne Stanfield in particular, and to the Progressive Conservative Party in general. Records include correspondence and subject files, policy papers with remarks, notations, notes, background material, and clippings and files regarding other political parties and conferences. Included is material relating to the "Priorities for Canada Conference" held in Niagara Falls, Ontario in 1969.
