The fonds contains records created by the Kettle Valley Pioneers, largely reflecting the planning process of the annual Elgin Historical Show. Includes meeting minutes and attendance records from the Kettle Valley Pioneers. The fonds also contains correspondence, bulletins published by the Kettle Valley Pioneers, publicity and advertising materials, and scrapbooks. The fonds is arranged into the following series:
