The Sudbury History of Nursing Group fonds attests not only to the group’s activities in developing and conducting their oral history project, but moreover it conveys an important part of the history nursing. Indeed, the fonds contains records documenting the management of such a project, such as: the history of the project, its goals and objectives, as well as all forms developed by the group to meet all requirements in conducting such a project. Moreover, it contains the original tape recordings of the 42 interviews of the retired nurses and their transcriptions, and some printed images of nurses interviewed and graduating classes. There is also a biographical profile of each nurse interviewed, who graduated from different Schools in Ontario, British Columbia, and Québec. Some of the nurses graduated in England, Ireland and the United States. All worked in Northern Ontario. The interview addresses not only different aspects of their work but also the context of their training and education as well as their family life.

Fonds contains records relating to Hare’s work as a climatologist, geographer, and scholar. Files include correspondence, conference and meeting materials, published and unpublished reports and articles (by Hare and others), scientific data, photographs, newspaper clippings, letters of reference, pamphlets, newsletters, and other publications. Files also include a typed copy of Hare’s memoir, I’ll Always Take a Windowseat, as well as academic certificates and degrees.

Fonds consists of pencil drawings executed by Ellen Simon as designs for the stained glass windows on the east wall of Strachan Hall, Trinity College. At the time she was working for the Yvonne Williams Studio, and the work was commissioned by Gerald Larkin.
Three of the windows were completed. The fonds also includes a statement written by Ellen Simon in 1999 regarding the commission, design and execution of the windows.
The fonds consists of typescripts of a journal of a trip across Canada written sometime after 1898 and of six lectures on Shakespearean plays and heroines, as well as of newspaper clippings, correspondence, and printed items.

From his three trips to the United States in 1852 and 1853 there are five notebooks as well as a letter concerning a resolution towards the endowment of Trinity College. Fonds consists of research files created and used by Meredith Hill while executing her part of the 'Divinity 150' project at Trinity College. This project was begun in 1987 to study the Anglican clergy, in particular their training at the Cobourg Theological Institute and its successor, the Faculty of Divinity at Trinity College. Her research focused on the women who studied Divinity at Trinity College from 1915 to 1987. Fonds contains research obtained from records in the Trinity College Archives, and from surveys answered by former students. The fonds also contains a paper and course materials by Alison Kemper, a published paper by Meredith Hill as well as her presentation to the Divinity 150 Colloquium.

Also included is a prescription book with initial date of March 1894 that seems to have been used throughout his career as a physician. Photographs include a tintype of W.B Crowe treating a patient, a photograph of the dissecting class, and a class photograph. Also included is a clipping from the Toronto Globe and Mail showing the graduating class composite picture for 1895-6.
