Also included are audio tapes of the book review series and notes from talks about Guelph given on the local radio station, CKLA. These records document the Guelph's Public Library's public outreach activities and promotional programs.

The promotional materials contain room layouts and elevation views for the various residential units available in the village. Included is a price list relating to the properties described in the promotional materials.
