Fonds consists of Journals of Discussions and Decisions of the Permanent Joint Board on Defence (PJBD) for meetings 1-99, 114-129, 142-172, & 184-193; minutes of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s (NATO’s) Canada-United States Regional Planning Committee for meetings 1-51 & 55-98; Minutes of the CANUS Planners’ Conference, 6th - 12th conferences; and of photocopies of material selected from RG 59 at the U.S. National Archives in Washington, D.C. and related to the work of the PJBD, including correspondence dealing with such topics as the Northwest River staging field, the Alaskan Highway, Canadian labour problems, etc. between the respective Canadian and American secretaries to the Board. Also includes 4 photo albums, a picture book and various loose photographs from PJBD meetings from 1940-1996. There are four series:

Studio, home portraits and candid photography of families and weddings, as well as commercial jobs for many local industries and businesses document comprehensively the growth and changes in the way of life in the Waterloo Region in the post-war era. Many nationally important companies employed Nicol, some as their "house photographer": these include B.F. Goodrich, Budd Automotive, Mutual Life Insurance Co., Bell Telephone, Electrohome, Raytheon, IBM and Greb Shoes. Many types of businesses are represented: storefronts and interiors of banks, clothing, department, music, furniture and grocery stores, dairies, factories, restaurants, hotels and motels, churches, service stations, car dealerships, service industries, construction trades and more.

The manual consists of advice on how to steer and handle a destroyer in a variety of conditions. It includes illustrations of destroyers’ parts and movements, drawn by hand. Schmidt’s personal stories are also included in the book.

Fonds consists of the records of the Age Friendly Giants project, conducted in 2017 through Age Friendly Thunder Bay and StoryCentre Canada. This project provided a digital storytelling workshop to 10 older adults, with a focus on neighbourhoods, communities, and aging at home. Results of the projects included 10 videos produced by the participants, posters and tip sheets, and several public events.
The records include these videos and handouts, as well as project documentation.
The Jackson Pind fonds consists in a transcription of an interview he did with Mike Harris (former Premier) while researching his Master’s thesis. The interview is related to education policies and Ernie Checkeris. An autographed copy of Spirit of the Grassroots People, edited by Jackson Pind and Theodore Michael Christou, is also part of the fonds.

Sem títuloFonds consists of records accumulated by Art Linton in his capacity as a director of Magna Carta Canada 2015, a touring exhibition of the Magna Carta in Canada that travelled to Winnipeg, Ottawa, Toronto and Edmonton in 2015. Records in the fonds are mostly memorabilia of this event, including posters and a commemorative pin, and related correspondence. Also included is a photograph of the Ontario Superior Court Judges' Association members in 2015, as well as items pertaining to Linton's attendance at a Magna Carta Foundation of Liberty Runnymede 800 event held in the United Kingdom in June 2015.
Sem títuloThe fonds consists of a paper prepared by Richard Geoffrey St. John and entitled “The Creation of Operation Proteus (Task Force Jerusalem).” St. John provides a brief overview of the situation in Israel and Palestine, discussing Yassir Arafat, the head of the Palestinian Authority (PA) and of the Palestine Liberation Organization. Operation Proteus’ inception was pushed by St. John’s perception of a fraying relationship between the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and the US armed forces (Canadian-American bilateral military relationship). As of 2015, the Canadian Armed Force (CAF) continued to contribute to the United States Security Coordinator (USSC) in Jerusalem through Operation Proteus.
