Zápisnice stručne popisujú bežnú činnosť Odboru č. 21 vrátane vyberania poplatkov a peňažných darov v prospech KSPS, diskusie a odhlasovania, ktorým z uchádzačov o finančnú pomoc bude táto poskytnutá, ktorých z chorých členov je nutné navštíviť alebo obdariť kvetmi, ako aj plánovania zbierkových podujatí, napríklad banketov, tancovačiek, búrz, silvestrovských zábav, fašiangových zábav, piknikov a koncertov. Zápisnice ďalej pojednávajú o účasti Odboru č. 21 na kúpe Slovenskej národnej haly na ulici 28 Alder Street v Sudbury, provincia Ontário v roku 1938 a o peňažných zbierkach a prijímaní peňažných darov na vybudovanie haly ako miesta na spoločenské stretnutia a Slovákov pracovných schôdzí KSPS. Ostatné zmienené miestne podujatia kanadských Slovákov zahŕňajú politickú podporu Eduarda Beneša, predstaviteľa hnutia za samostatnosť Československa a 2. prezidenta Československa touto skupinou v roku 1939, zjazd Kanadského slovenského podporného spolku, dobročinné dary ostatným odborom KSPS alebo miestnym rodinám v núdzi, ako aj hlasovanie za vytvorenie nového Výkonného výboru, ktorý zahŕňal predsedu, tajomníka, pokladníka a Zábavný výbor.
