File consists of the full text of a typewritten address given by George Gale on 14 July 1956 at the annual convention of the International Association of Insurance Counsel held in West Virginia, as well as a transcript of that address, which includes the introduction of association president Lester P. Dodd. The script of Gale's address has been heavily annotated by him.
