Collection consists of items of collectible memorabilia significant to the history of Trinity College School.

Included are calendars, stationery, postcards, textiles, trophies, athletics equipment, dining and serving ware, slates, jewelry, medals, and musical instruments.

Musical works by Harold Wevers, Canadian composer and bassoonist. These include orchestral works, chamber music, and solo pieces for various instruments.

The records consists of several series. One series is correspondence to E. Ann Lowthian from Marjorie Blosdale. The majority of correspondence is to Bessie from different cousins and friends. There is also a series of Greeting Cards for Christmas, Easter, and other occasions. Of special interest are the programmes of The Mozart Music Club which operated for eighteen years. There are also several copies of the programme "Suzanne" written by Eric Minnitt. Another series is from the University of Toronto's Royal Conservatory of Music which features invitation cards to Bessie for various student recitals. Other series include family photographs or negatives (not identified) and newspaper clippings.

The sous-fonds consists of a variety of materials related to the Sisters of St. Joseph Concert Band, including photographs, various textual records, scrapbooks, audio cassettes, and compact discs.

This series contains material created and used by Mother Angela and research on her conducted by others. The series has four subseries. In it is found biographical information collected about Mother Angela McKeogh as well as a small card gifted by her to Sister Mary in 1910. There is also a copy of Oliver Diston Company’s Wreath of Mary: companion to May Chimes, 1883 annotated by Mother Angela in 1902, and handwritten sheet music for various hymns. Also found are photographs of Mother Angela. Finally, there is material related to the Ontario legislation on teaching French and allegations made against Bishop Michael Francis Fallon by the French community which eventually led to Bishop Fallon bringing a defamation case before the Holy Rota in Rome. While there is photocopied correspondence, the majority of the material is secondary research.

This series documents the Community Days. The series contains material covering ten different years. The Community Days were not held every year, but Assembly meetings were held every two years, and Chapter meetings were held every four years. The series contains various materials related to these meetings. Some of the most interesting materials include, for example, a Windsor workshop that taught Sisters to experience negotiation, meditation, and to practice active listening communication; the celebration of the 125th Anniversary (1993); a workshop on managing differences and conflict situations (2002); and other workshops and conferences.

The series contains schedules of congregational days, leadership style notes, spiritual exercises, prayers, workshop notes, “coming soon” reminders and “welcome” sheets, musical sheets for prayers and songs, short writings about the congregational history, correspondence related to the Community gatherings, reviews of new publications, ceremonies and celebrations, talks, corporate stances, photocopies of articles or short book chapters. It also contains printed brochures with prayers, theological reflections, other kinds of spiritual reflections, and conference materials.

Fonds Michael Gallagher consists of graphic material, textual records, sound recordings, video recordings and books documenting Michael Gallagher’s professional career. The majority of the materials are derived from Gallagher’s work for CANO musique, predominantly between the years 1975 to 1985, and reflect the breadth of the organization’s objectives, as well as Gallagher’s many roles within it. The fonds also contains some materials related to Gallagher’s time spent as a member of the Coopérative des artistes du Nouvel-Ontario (C.A.N.O.) in the years prior to CANO musique, as well as several graphic design projects undertaken after CANO musique dissolved.

The graphic materials in the fonds represent a significant body of work created by Michael Gallagher, mostly as photographer and artistic director of CANO musique. Photographic materials include images for CANO album covers, publicity photos of the band, shots of CANO in concert, as well as individual members of the band. Not only do these images show the change in members over time, they also document some of the recording studios and concert venues CANO played throughout the years. The fonds also contains numerous mock-ups for CANO albums, promotional materials, and posters, as well as original artwork of logos, reflecting the various steps in Gallagher’s creative process. Posters promoting CANO albums and specific concerts are also included. Additional visual concepts and designs created by Michael Gallagher for other Sudbury organizations are included in the fonds as well, such as posters, promotional material, and mock-ups for La nuit sur l’étang, Northern Lights Festival Boréal, and Théâtre du Nouvel-Ontario (among others).

In addition to graphic materials, the fonds also contains a number of textual records primarily related to CANO musique including correspondence to and from Michael Gallagher about the band, as well as records documenting the band’s history and lyrics, available in both English and French, showing the pride they took in reaching out to their fans in both official languages. Also included are a selection of Gallagher’s day planners, and administrative documents related to his role in CANO such as contracts and financial reports, through which a sense of CANO’s cooperative roots can be gleaned, as they outline stipulations such as equal sharing among members. Complementing these records is a thorough collection of newspaper and magazine clippings which provide a wealth of information about the band, as well as their reception throughout Canada and the United States.

The fonds also contains several other types of records, including 14 books, many of which are limited editions and contain personal inscriptions, four CANO 45 rpm singles, an English version of the album Au nord de notre vie, and a VHS tape of the National Film Board of Canada’s documentary CANO, Notes sur une expérience collective. These records further serve to position Michael Gallagher within the extremely active network of Franco-Ontarian authors and artists in Northern Ontario during the 1970s and 80s, as well as highlight CANO’s prominent place within that community.

The fonds consists of correspondence, manuscripts, reports, briefs, photographs, negatives, and other materials relating to the work of sound and film engineer Osmond “Ken” Kendall, the inventor of the Composer-tron. It is arranged in four series: KEN-1 Motion Picture Research; KEN-2 Television, KEN-3 Composer-tron; and KEN-4 Miscellaneous.

The Entertainment Department fonds, RG 10, is arranged and described at the series level, with an accompanying file list. The fonds consists of a single series: Subject Files (RG 10-0-1).

Textual records in the fonds consist of correspondence, reports, contracts, schedules, minutes, charts and policies related to the Entertainment Department staff, musicians, performers and other entertainers, competition contestants, and CNE visitors. Graphic and printed materials include photographs of dancers, parades and parade floats, costumed characters, music and dance competitions, and other events coordinated by the Entertainment Department, as well as pamphlets and brochures.

Few documents exist for the years 1952-1980 (for further records from this time period, see RG 10-2, Music Department fonds). No records exist for the year 1984. When the CNE became independent in 2013, they retained their administrative and operational records from that year. Those records, and any new records created after that date, are the property of the CNE and are stored in the CNE offices or the CNE Archives. As a result, only one further accrual is expected for RG 10 for the records created between 2000 and 2012, which still fall under the retention schedule as of 2018.

Fonds contains records relating to Opera Laurier performances including programs, promotional material, planning material, audio recordings and video recordings.
For many performances, the records include production books outlining stage blocking, lighting cues and other information as well as annotated scores.

Series contains of bulletins, newsletters, and newspaper clippings discussing the School of Christ program. It also contains a variety of photographs depicting its participants and organizers. There is one audio cassette of Sister Mary Margaret Childs, director of the senior choir, talking about her memories of the program, and one vinyl plaque presented to Sisters Mary Margaret Childs and Maureen Dalton from a group of alumni.

Series contains Sister Norita Keenan’s single page memoir, a postulant requirement list, souvenir booklet of the Diamond Jubilee, chaplain list, meal seating plan, farewell ceremony agenda and schedule, photographs, land and property maintenance receipts, property sketch, chronology of property transfers and sales, rededication ceremony program and speech, letter from General Superior to Sisters, decorative Christmas card and envelope with list of donors of a car, newspaper clippings, student created books, and Bach sheet music owned by Cesar Borre.

Series includes musical instruments associated with Trinity College School.

Included are a trumpet and a trombone.

Fonds consists of musical scores used by Prower during his time as Music Master at Trinity College School. Included are scores and notations.
