The fonds has been arranged as accrued. Each parish register, box, binder, etc. has been assigned an identifying code. The sequence begins A-Z, followed by AA-ZZ, followed by A(2)-Z(2) and so on. The last identified item is Box D(7). A different description has been used in Guide to the Holdings of the Ecclesiastical Province of Ontario (1990).The content of the fonds, based on the finding aid, is as follows. Fonds consists of the Anglican Diocese of Niagara parish registers for the following hospitals: Mountain Sanatorium (Chedoke Hospital), Henderson Hospital, Mount Hamilton Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital and the Hamilton Health Association. Registers contain statistical records and services. Fonds has been microfilmed on 1 reel, numbered 203.
