(1) A notice stating that individuals must work together with the government in order to inform them that Port Hope citizens are concerned with the Radioactive Waste and ways they are demonstrating these concerns to the government (2) Cards for Port Hope residents to mail to friends outside of Port Hope so outside voices can be heard (3) A document regarding the Terms of Reference for The Port Hope Area Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Environmental Assessment Panel (4) A notice from the Minister Environment Canada about a Review of Clean Up and Disposal of Low-Level Radioactive Wastes, (5) a newspaper article from the Newcastle Independent (27 August 1986) a titled "M.P. Not Happy with Sites" with a news release on the back from the M.P. Allan Lawrence (6) a letter to residents of Port Hope, Hope Township and Port Granby areas informing citizens about the possible location of a nuclear waste site from M.P.

The inventory includes pictures, maps and research completed by LACAC. Also an index of block numbers, building names, and dates. Each block has a short history written on it, including architectural characteristics, architect, location and year of building.

Speaks about Maple Syrup Day, programs offered and an article on the gypsy moth (5) a pamphlet outlining visitor information for the Ganaraska Forest (6) A Watershed Management Booklet created by Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority, celebrating 35 years (1946-1981) (7) A note addressed to Tom Long from Doug Palmer of the Ganaraska Region Conservation Authority, informing Tom that there are brochures that he might be interested in.
