The final entry on each abstract is the discharge of mortgage for both properties, with the final payments made by John Hanlin to John Pinkerton on 1 March 1864.

Item is an audio cassette containing a recording of a segment of the CBC Radio program "As It Happens". During the segment, an actor reads entries from the diary of Lt. James Chalmers McRuer, that he maintained while serving in the First World War. The readings relate to McRuer's service in Belgium and Germany in November of 1918. The tape was once played to the benchers at a Remembrance Day luncheon.

Robinette commenting on the Rose and Tilley anecdotes, a letter from the Chief Justice of Ontario [George Gale] commenting on the Rose anecdotes, a letter from Joseph Sedgwick with an attached typed story by Sedgwick on Tilley, and a letter from John D. Arnup commenting on the Tilley anecdotes and with attached typed stories on Tilley, Joseph Sedgwick, cases, etc.
