(2) A brochure titled "Cycling in Cobourg, Port Hope and Area" and includes a map of both Port Hope and Cobourg as well as cycling information (3-10) Information about the various services, companies and industries in Port Hope including; strategic location, municipal profile, municipal taxes, labour information and transportation, water, electricity and gas, Port Hope Industrial Inventory, Industrial Neighbours, and Welcome to Port Hope (11) A brochure advertising antiques and decorative items in Port Hope (12) Port Hope bus schedule and price list (13) a tourist guide to Port Hope with contact information for Municipal Departments, accommodations, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, drug stores, churches and the hospital (14) Port Hope and District Map and Street Guide (15) business card for Frank Priatel, the economic development officer.

Series consists of a number of documents from the Port Hope Public Relations Committee including; correspondence, a document outlining the committee members as well as their mandate, press releases, report to council, meeting minutes, financial documents/reports, committee objects, news article, E-Day Action Centre postcard, project E-Day notes, Penryn Nucleus report and other misc. papers. The committee was located at 21 Walton Street.
