Item is a brochure on Cranberry Heights and Pinegrove Subdivisions. Exclusive agents for the subdivision were Long Bros. Insurance and Real Estate with offices in Cobourg, Port Hope and Colborne. Pamphlet includes map with street names in subdivision. Removed from Long Cabinets "Cranberry Heights" file.

Eastview Heights is Part of Lots 5 & 6, and part of the road allowance between Lots 6 & 7, Con 2, Township of Hope. Area is now part of the town of Port Hope.
