File consists of correspondence, legal judgments, petitions and bylaws pertaining to an Ontario Municipal Board dispute involving the erection of a steel police communications tower in Winston Churchill Park in Toronto, with opposition from groups including the Spadina-Ardwold Ratepayers Association, of which Carson was a member. Carson served as counsel for his wife, Jocelyn Carson, the legal owner of their house at 89 Ardwold Gate, located near the area in dispute.
