Series consists of eight personal diaries of servicemen in Canada and England during the Second World War. Includes : Corporal Howard Heaton, Piper C. R. McDonald and Private Charles W. Cove of Toronto Scottish Regiment; Corporal W. J. MacNeill, Private Norman Toseland and G. F. Hames of the Princesse Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry; Private J. J. Burns of No. 16 Canadian General Hospital; and Private W. Demchuk of the Queen’s Own Cameron Highlanders of Canada. There are ten post cards from Worthing England and photographs of Private D. H. Shortill.
