Subseries consists of minutes of various councils and committees including, for example, the Honan Presbytery and Council, 1922-1929; the Honan Mission Council 1927-1937, 1939; Mission Council Executive, 1929-1932, 1934-1938, 1941-1948; Honan Interim Committee, 1939-1941; Medical Committee, 1927-1939; Wei Hwei Station, 1920-1939; Honan Synod, 1933-1936; and correspondence, annual reports of missionary work, land deeds, financial information, and Bible study materials.
