The Hamilton Typographical Union (Local 129) was a printers' union, established as Local #219 of the International Typographical Union in Hamilton prior to 1880, and absorbed by Local #91, Toronto Typographical Union c.1976.

Scope and content
Fonds consists of records of the Local 129 of the Hamilton Typographical Union, including records of the union president, secretary, and secretary- treasurer. The union president's records include correspondence, and subject files; the secretary's records include a diary of the Hamilton Spectator strike; and the secretary-treasurers records include reports for various years. Fonds also includes scripts for radio talks on CHML, speeches, and records of the Hamilton Printing and Publishing Company Ltd. Also included are records on job scales, negotiations, contracts and agreements, membership lists and applications, procedure forms, financial statements, receipts, and bankbooks, and other records.
