Series consists of photographs of local business and industries in Guelph and Wellington County. Included are restaurants, shops and stores, garages and various industries such as the Hart Chemical and Allis Chalmer Rumely plants, and Armet Industries respectively. Photographs also illustrate the supply of goods and services, food, tobacco, furniture, clothing, real estate and construction. Also included are photographs of business people such as the manager of Simpson Sears and the Bell Telephone Company of Guelph. Of note are photographs of shops and stores in Stone Road Mall when it first opened. These records document the industrial and business activities of Guelph and Wellington county.
