Greenbank Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925; formerly Presbyterian and Methodist; in 1924 the church in Greenbank was a Union church; the pastoral charge originally consisted only of Greenbank, but Pinedale was added ca. 1932, and Seagrave was added in 1965. Greenbank United Church was established in 1925; formerly a Union Church (Presbyterian and Methodist).

Seagrave Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925; formerly Methodist; it included Seagrave, Zion Church in Mariposa Township, and Pleasant Point; it was discontinued in 1965 when Zion closed, Seagrave moved to Greenbank Pastoral Charge, and Pleasant Point moved to Little Britain Pastoral Charge.

Fonds consists of records of Greenbank Presbyterian Church, 1864-1924; Greenbank Methodist Circuit (includes Greenbank, Saintfield, and Marsh Hill), 1886-1922; records, including baptisms, 1887-1955, marriages, 1925-1967, and burials, 1935-1958 of Greenbank Pastoral Charge (includes Greenbank Presbyterian Church, Greenbank, Pinedale, and Seagrave), 1887-1971; and records of Greenbank United Church, 1925-1972.
Fonds consists of a circuit register, 1880-1917, and a subscription list to the Missionary Society, from Seagrave Methodist Circuit (includes Reach Methodist Episcopal Circuit, Seagrave, Bethel Church (formerly Shaw's Church) in Reach Township, Pleasant Point, Zion Church in Mariposa Township, and Layton); sabbath school record books, 1875-1897, of Bethel (formerly Shaw's) Methodist Church in Reach Township; and records, including baptisms, 1935-1960, marriages, 1897-1960, and burials, 1935-1960, of Seagrave Pastoral Charge (includes Seagrave Methodist Circuit, Zion Church in Mariposa Township, and Pleasant Point), 1897-1964.
