Le fonds se compose de 16 registres et 5 index ainsi que d’un bulletin scolaire décerné à Marie Pick (née Jakesova) par son école d’agriculture, en Bohême, à la fin de ses études, en 1930, accompagné d’une version traduite subséquemment. Les registres et index et le certificat et sa traduction sont classés dans trois séries, en ordre chronologique.
