Biographical history

Mr. G.R. Duncan (b. in Ottawa, 7 Feb. 1878-d. ca.1941-1942) studied engineering at McGill University at the beginning of the twentieth century then moved to Fort William in order to direct the building of the plant for the Canada Iron Corporation.
