File consists of a fire insurance plan of Brampton, unbound from its original state. The copy was issued to Mr. P. G. Early of Brampton.
The plans cover developed areas at that point, a range roughly spanning from English Street in the north, to Fraser Street in the south, Joy Street past McMurchy Avenue in the west, and Lynch Street in the east, including properties like the Brampton Fairgrounds, Dale Estate greenhouses, and the County of Peel administrative lands.
