General note

Francis Lemieux was born October 1, 1863 in Quebec City to Francis Xavier Lemieux and Anne Foley. He became a lawyer and later married Elizabeth Nefcy on September 16, 1901 in Bedford, (Frontenac County) Ontario. Lemieux died December 19, 1909 of Brights Disease at St. Joseph's Hospital in Sudbury, Ontario at the age of 44.
