File consists of two (2) volumes: Book of Psalms and The New Testament (only Matthew and Mark). Both volumes are inscribed with the following message: "To my aunt Miss J T Stephenson A Souvenir of my visit to Canada in the summer of 1860" dated "Port Hope 28 Sep 60."

Item is an 1871 Wesleyan hymnal inscribed to "E. W. Barrowclough, Wesleyville, Ontario August 10th, 1877". Two notes taped in front; Embossed stamp "Moulton & Long Wholesale & Retail Music Dealers Port Hope, Ont." Hymnal may have belonged to Elijah Barrowclough (1853-1938) of Wesleyville. Buried at Wesleyville United Cemetery.

Item is a small publication named 'The Eagles Nest and Other Stories' by author A.L.O.E. It was presented to Adam Watson, who was in the Intermediate Class of the Methodist Sabbath School in Port Hope, in January 1880.

Item is a printer's proof of poster for the Elizabethville Methodist Church anniversary services. Services were held Sunday December 30th, 1883 and Tuesday January 1, 1884. Sunday service preached by Rev. D. N. McCamus of Bethany. January 1, 1884. Supper in church basement, followed by addresses by Revs. McCamus, Taylor, Thompson, J. Barlwell. Handwritten comments at bottom "50 - December 22/83."

It includes: correspondence and financial information regarding the campaign for a missionary trip lead by the Methodist Church, and addressed to Harold Fulford; blank invoices from Fulford Bros.; and a hand-written description of Ted Fulford's military service during World War II.

It includes: Annual reports, 1936-1937 and 1961; St. Paul's Perrytown & Gore's Landing Reports, 1913-1914, 1914-1915, 1919-1920, 1926; Parish of Perrytown Annual Financial Statements: 1944, 1946, 1947, 1950, 1965, 1967, 1968, 1972; and Subscription Lists, 1936- 1937. Rectors during this time period included: Walker Frederick Payton, K. Douglas Whatmough; E Morris, William Morgan, Leonard Smith and J. M. Crisall.

File consists of documents related to the laying of the cornerstone at St. Paul's Anglican Church at Perrytown, 24 Jun 1914. It includes: Order of Service, 1914; and Financial Report of the building of St. Paul's Church, 1914. Financial Report originally belonged to J. E. Wilson of Garden Hill. The report includes subscribers, sponsors and in memory of donations to the new church building, as well as associated committees.
