Series consists of two (2) notebooks originally belonging to teachers at Port Hope High School (and Port Hope Model School), c1880-1929. It includes: Autograph Album given to Miss Sarah Peplow, Christmas 1880 (signed by various students); and "Book for Absentees and Lates," 1924-1929.

Series consists of various records documenting "war work" undertaken by the students of Port Hope High School, 1939-1945. It includes: small ledger noting "cash receipts," listing of contributions (i.e. funds raised, items knitted and sewn to be sent overseas, and material donations), "Financial Statement of War Work Display," handwritten note, and newspaper clippings.

Item is an edition of the "Blue 'N White" Port Hope High School yearbook, 1968. Includes photos of students, staff, activities, events, sports team and clubs.

Series consists of Port Hope High School Yearbooks (also known as "The Blue and White") for the years: 1920 (Christmas), 1921 (Spring), 1940-1941, 1953-1980, 1982-1987, 1991-1997, 2000-2004, 2006-2007, 2010-2014. There are duplicate copies for the years: 1983, 1986, and 1987; as well as one edition of "The Blue and White Anniversary Issue, 1853-1982." Some of the yearbooks contain inscriptions to specific individuals, including: Emma Dickinson (1920-1921), M. Anderson (1940-1941), Keith G. Rose (1955), E.D. Jones (1970, 1974-1979), and "Sherry" (1991, with signatures and notes from classmates).

File consists of two (2) Blue and White Yearbooks for 1940 and 1941 for Port Hope High School. Book(s) includes photographs, local advertisements, student's names, also writing by students, information on alumni of PHHS and signatures.

Item is a 1st edition, 1901 copy of "Port Hope Historical Sketches" signed by the author W. Arnot Craick in 1963. Also included is a copy of the prospectus that was created about 1900 for advertising purposes.

Item is a notice to invite Port Hope residents to organize the Port Hope Horticultural Society in 1894. From the back of the card: "Notice! A meeting of the members of the proposed Port Hope Horticultural Society will be held at 4 o'clock, p.m. on Thursday, January 11th, 1894 at the Provisional Council Chamber, in McLean's Building, on Walton Street, Port Hope, for the purpose of organizing the said Society and the Election of Officers for the first year. H. H. Burnham, Mayor Port Hope, Jan. 9th, 1894." Card is addressed to George Watson of Port Hope.

Item is a presentation certificate from the Port Hope Moose Lodge to the Port Hope Hospital. The presentation was made at the Capitol Theatre, March 30, 1938. The cardboard of the back of the frame had the following written on it "Presented January 1938 Oxygen tent presented to the Hospital by Moose L on March 30th at the Capitol Theatre."

File consists of the Port Hope Hospital Annual Reports, 1948-1954. It includes: speeches, reports and accounts detailing the events of the years 1948-1954. Not all years included.

Fonds consists of four (4) blueprints/floor plans of the Port Hope Hospital that was located on Ward Street, c1915. The blueprints were created for the construction of the "old" hospital by Ellis & Ellis Architects, Toronto. They include: First Floor, Second Floor, East Elevation, and South Elevation.

Series consists of Hospital Board and various committee minutes and financial records; Auxiliary minutes and related materials. It includes: (1) Training School for Nurses - Mabel Ball Nursing Degree, 20 Aug 1919; (2) Appreciation Certificate to the Hospital Auxiliary for contribution to the community from the OMA and the Northumberland Medical Society; (3) Accreditation of the Port Hope & District Hospital, 1988 and 1993; (4) Congratulating the hospital on its 80th anniversary - citations from Jean Chretien, Christine Stewart (MP), Joan Fawcett, and Brian Mulroney; (5) Mounted certificate from the Canadian Police Association - Public Service Award.
