Tilbury - Quinn Pastoral Charge was formed ca. 1985, formerly known as Tilbury Pastoral Charge. It included Quinn United Church (until ca. 2014) and Darrel S. Moffat Memorial United Church in Tilbury.
Darrel S. Moffat Memorial United Church was established in 1925, formerly Presbyterian. The Presbyterian Church was established ca. 1884 and a church was built on the present site of Darrel S. Moffat Memorial United Church that year. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925 and briefly formed a two point charge with Rosedale United Church. The former Tilbury Methodist Church, which was built in 1883 on Canal Street, became Central United Church in Tilbury at union but would join Darrel S. Moffat Memorial United Church ca. 1927. It is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada.
