Biographical history

Little is known about D. Gordon MacDonald, other than that he lived on the S ½ of Lot 18, Concession 9 in the Township of East Zorra. He was a cattle farmer and member of the Canadian Jersey Cattle Club and the Oxford and District Cattle Breeding Association

Custodial history

The records were created and stored by D. Gordon MacDonald. They were donated to the Oxford Genealogical Society and then transferred to the Oxford County Archives in January 2018.

The fonds consists of records related to the cattle breeding of Mr. MacDonald. It is arranged into the following series and subseries:
