The County Orange Lodge of West Middlesex was formed prior to 1877. The County Orange Lodge organized district lodges in the west Middlesex County area; all district lodges reported to, and communicated through, the County lodge. The County Orange Lodge of West Middlesex had jurisdiction over lodges in the Middlesex County townships of McGillivray, East Williams, West Williams, Ekfrid, Caradoc, Metcalfe, Lobo, and Mosa. The earliest known officers (1877) were: E. Cade – County Master E. Moyle – Deputy County Master The County Orange Lodge of East Middlesex merged with the County Orange Lodge of West Middlesex in 1947.
