The Corporation of the Township of Ramara was created in 1994 by the amalgamation of the Townships of Mara and Rama as provided for in the County of Simcoe Act.
Custodial history
The Ramara Township records were in the possession of the Township Clerk until they were transferred to the Simcoe County Archives.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of minutes of the Ramara Township Recreation Committee (1994-1996) and the Ramara Township Committee of the Whole (1994). Fonds is comprised of the following series: Council and By-Laws
