Cook's, Sutherland's and South Caradoc Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925, and consisted of Cook's Church, Sutherland's Church, and South Caradoc Church, all in Caradoc Township. It was discontinued ca. 1955 when Cook's and Sutherland's joined Mount Brydges Pastoral Charge and South Caradoc joined Delaware Pastoral Charge.
Cook's United Church was established in 1925, formerly Presbyterian. Services first bevan in Sutherland's school hourse in 1862 in Caradoc Township. Cook's Presbyterian Church, located on Concession 2 was built in 1867 and named in memory of Rev. Dr. Cook, moderator of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland. The church joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. It formed part of a three-point charge with Sutherland's and South Caradoc until ca. 1955. It then became part of Mount Brydges Pastoral Charge. It is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada.

Fonds consists of subscription list for new church, 1905, Building Fund financial record book, 1906-1912, of Cook's Presbyterian Church, Caradoc Township; Burial register (1936-1944), Official Board minutes, 1926-1935, and Congregational minutes, 1927, 1933, of Cook's, Sutherland's and South Caradoc Pastoral Charge (includes Cook's Church, Sutherland's Church, South Caradoc Church, all in Caradoc Township); Baptism register (1919-1936), Board of Managers minutes, 1896-1927, Congregational minutes, 1914-1927, and subscription book, 1917-1928, of Cook's United Church (includes Cook's Presbyterian Church); Baptism register (1919-1944) of South Caradoc United Church (includes Sutherland's United Church baptisms, 1935-1944).
