          Series consists of the transcription of Cemetery Records for St. John's Anglican Cemetery (now St. Mark's Cemetery). Researched from St. John's Church Record Books from 1819-1899. Compiled on behalf of the Lakeshore Genealogical Society and East Durham Historical Society, (now the Port Hope and District Historical Society). Records include a history of the cemetery as well as a chart that attempts to provide the following for each individual; Name, Parents, Died, Burial, Born, Age, Residence, Cemetery.

          Series consists of the transcription of Cemetery Records for Canton Cemetery. The research was completed by the East Durham Historical Society (now the Port Hope and District Historical Society). A description of the cemetery is found at the beginning of the document. There is also a map on the inside, demonstrating where each of the plots are located. The document then outlines the names on each of the plots along with the stone number. The names are listed alphabetically. Toward the back of the document, there is text that is written on each of the stones.

          The records of the Walford-Nepahwin Neighbourhood Ratepayers Association fonds include: minutes, reports, maps, correspondence, pamphlets and newspaper clippings. The documents provide insight to the activities of this group from 1974 to 1996. The records show that through the years, the group has been active in: the preservation of the Lily Creek Conservation Area, bylaws regulating commercial land development and commercial signs, the disposal of hazardous wastes, recycling, the repercussions of a teachers' strike, and the controversial issue of slurry trucks and traffic safety.

          The records of this fonds document the operation of the Elizabeth Fry Chapter of the IODE, Sudbury Branch, and they include: minutes, reports, correspondence, pamphlets, photographs, and newspaper clippings. These records provide insight to the activities of the Chapter within the Sudbury area from 1932 to 1997. Through the years, the activities of this organization have entailed: sponsoring children at summer camps, genetic testing clinics, scholarships, donations to local hospitals and libraries, and service at Citizenship Court. In the earlier years, this Chapter organized inoculation clinics, the Fresh Air Camp, support for needy children, and aid for the war effort.

          This fonds does not contain all of the minutes for the Chapter.
