      The CPSO Archives will serve as the College’s corporate memory by identifying and preserving the best documentary evidence of the decisions, policies and activities of the College; identifying and preserving those records that must be kept to satisfy College statutory obligations; making these records available to the College Council, committees, staff, members and the public subject to the legal and ethical obligations of the College and the medical profession.

      The CPSO Archives is the authoritative source for a documentary record of the policies, decisions and activities of the College. Thus, the CPSO Archives will assist the College to achieve its mandate of enabling the profession to regulate itself in the public interest in an accountable and transparent manner.
