Centre culturel «Les trois p'tits points». Fondation, Alexandria (Ont.), [1979]. Objectif : développement des arts. Structures : Conseil d'administration et comités. Offre une vingtaine d'ateliers d'éducation culturelle auxquels plus de 400 personnes ont participé en 1985. Parraine aussi des projets spéciaux, dont le projet «Photo-sauvetage Glengarry» qui a pour but de sauvegarder les photographies anciennes du comté. Plus de 450 photographies ont ainsi été recueillies.

La Collection Centre culturel «Les trois p'tits points» témoigne de la vie quotidienne et communautaire des francophones du comté de Glengarry, de la fin du XIXe siècle aux années 1950. Elle comprend les photographies recueillies lors du projet «Photo-sauvetage Glengarry», en 1981.
