CHIN Radio/Television International, Inc. produces multicultural programming for broadcast in Toronto and surrounding areas.
Incorporated in 1964, CHIN is composed of television facilities and two radio stations, AM 1540 and FM 100.7. The organization was established in 1965 by Johnny Lombardi, and began broadcasting in 1966. In 1967 CHIN obtained an FM radio license.

Portée et contenu
Fonds consists of videocassettes of television programming produced by CHIN. Fonds includes variety shows, magazines, documentaries, advertisements and dramatic presentations, as well as CHIN-sponsored picnics and musical contests at Ontario Place. As well, a history of CHIN is included, produced in 1982. Editions of Festival Italiano, dated 1979, 1985 and 1989 are represented, as are two programs of Musica, Musica from 1986 and 1989. A 1984 Easter show and 1987 Christmas show are also included.
