Centreville Presbyterian Church (South Monaghan, Ont.) was established in 1833. The first minister, the Rev. James Douglas was inducted in 1834. A frame church was built in 1852. A new brick church building was constructed in 1863. The congregation remained with the Presbyterian Church in Canada during the time of Church Union in 1925. St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church (Omemee, Ont.) was amalgamated in 1977, the congregation of Lakevale Presbyterian Church (Fowler’s Corners, Ont.) was amalgamated in 1982 and Grace Presbyterian Church (Millbrook, Ont.) was amalgamated in 1998.

Fonds consists of the records of Centreville Presbyterian Church (South Monaghan, Ont.) and the records of the amalgamated Lakevale Presbyterian Church (Fowler's Corners, Ont.), St. Andrew's (Omemee, Ont.) and Grace Presbyterian Church (Millbrook, Ont.). Records of Centreville consist of: Baptisms (1890-1964, 1966-2000); Marriages (1896-1939, 1940-2000); Session minutes (1836-2001); Communion Roll (1870-1890, 1891-1978); Board of Managers Meeting minutes (1899-1917, 1953-1961, 1958-1979) and other records. Records of Lakevale consist of: Baptisms (1915-1978); Session minutes (1900-1964, 1965-1977); Communion Roll (1897-1912, 1965-1969); Board of Managers Meeting minutes (1922-1979); Account Book (1902-1961) and other records. The records of St. Andrew's consist of: Baptisms (1895-1975); Marriages (1895-1947, 1956-1969); Session and Congregational Minutes (1960-1976) and Communion Roll (1884-1890, 1897-1924, 1929-1954). Records of Grace Presbyterian consist of: Baptisms (1893-1980); Marriages (1939-1979); Session minutes (1875-1980); an Annual Report (1984) and other records.
