Le Centre d’archives de la Grande Zone argileuse’s mission is to promote and preserve the archival heritage of Northern Ontario’s Great Claybelt, as well as to disseminate knowledge. It has the mandate to examine, keep, conserve, manage and allow access to archival material related to the history and development of the area in which l’Université de Hearst operates.
