The Director of the Materiel Group Human Resources (DMGHR) has evolved into a small multi-tasked team dealing exclusively with the Materiel Group's strategic and operational Human Resource Management (HRM) requirements. There is a significant partnership required with ADM (HR) organizations to affect the best service and support to the client base of seven Divisions and Chief of Research and Development (CRAD). In 2004 the primary responsibilities included: analyzing HR strategic guidance and developing strategic direction; promulgating Level 1 HR plan and implementing Group level action requirements; providing HR related advice and facilitation to ADM and Divisional clients; representing Materiel Group interests in the development of HR policies and procedures; and assisting management with implementation of HR plans and change management initiatives.
