Caledonia Pastoral Charge was established in 1925, formerly Methodist and Presbyterian; it included Grace United Church, and Unity United Church, Caledonia Township Caledonia Methodist Circuit was established circa 1874, and included Unity Methodist Church and Seneca; it joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. Grace Methodist Church was established circa 1877; it joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. Caledonia Presbyterian Church was established circa 1849; it joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. Grace United Church was established in 1925, formerly Methodist and Presbyterian. Unity United Church was established in 1925, formerly Methodist.
