Cairngorm Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925 and included : Cairngorm, Bethel, Glenoak, and later, Adelaide (ca. 1927) and East Adelaide (ca. 1931). The charge disbanded ca. 1956 and Cairngorm, Bethel and East Adelaide amalgamated with Kerwood Pastoral Charge to form Kerwood-Cairngorm Pastoral Charge.
Cairngorm United Church was established in 1925, formerly Methodist. Zion Cairngorm Methodist Church was established ca. 1877. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925 and formed part of Cairngorm Pastoral Charge. It closed on June 30, 2011.
Bethel United Church was established in 1925, formerly Methodist. Bethel Methodist Church was established in 1870 with the dedication of the church. It joined the United Church of Canada in 1925. It closed ca. 1959
East Adelaide United Church was established in 1925, formerly Presbyterian. It closed ca. 1968
