Burn's Presbyterian Church, Ashburn, Ontario traces its origins to 1849 when a mission station was established in the village. From 1850 to 1855, the the congregation in Ashburn was linked with the Whitby and Utica, Ontario, churches. From 1864 to 1865, the congregation was linked with the church in Prince Albert; and then in 1868 it became linked once again with Breadalbane Church in Utica. This connection lasted until 1910, when Burn's Presbyterian Church became a self-sustaining congregation. At the time of Church Union in 1925, the congregation voted to remain within The Presbyterian Church in Canada.

Fonds consists of records of Burn's Presbyterian Church, Ashburn, Ontario. Specifically, the fonds consists of Session minutes (1890-1928); marriages (1900-1942); and a Centennial Order of Service for October 20th, 1957, containing a brief historical sketch of the church.
