Item is a Goad Insurance Map of Port Hope, 1901. The map shows outlines of houses, churches, schools and other buildings; streets, railroad tracks and includes specifics on the buildings such as the number of stories and its measurements.

Series consists of research and articles gathered by the Port Hope Board of Trade, including Ted Fulford, regarding the potential implementation of the "Norwich Plan" for downtown revitalization, 1962-1975. For more information, refer to file-level descriptions.

Item is a commemorative coin created by the Port Hope Chamber of Commerce, 2000. It includes an image of Molson Mill, and the following text: "Port Hope and District - Where Town and Country Meet - "The Molson Mill" OCA Summer School, 1924-1929" (front) "Prosperity 2000 - Commemorating the New Millenium - Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce - Est. 1874 - Ontario, Canada" (reverse).

File consists of an architectural and historical inventory of Walton Street between Mill Street and Pine Street. Booklet created by Jane Staunton, Karen Ingram and Lynn M. Flatley. The inventory includes pictures, maps and research completed by LACAC. Also an index of block numbers, building names, and dates. Each block has a short history written on it, including architectural characteristics, architect, location and year of building.

Series consists of three (3) architectural sketches of the Port Hope & District Hospital built in 1984. It includes: Preliminary sketch - front of the proposed building done in 1981; Patio area / entrance, 1984; Ground Floor plan, first floor plan, elevation section.

Series consists of photograhs depicting the people and places of early Vaughan as well as the post offices throughout Vaughan Township (Norberta wrote a book Chatting About the Post Offices of Vaughan Township, Ontario, published 1983), Norberta was also a long-time journalist with the Woodbridge and Vaughan News and thus some of the photos she used in her articles can also be found in this series.

Item is a 1984 calendar of Port Hope. The inside of the calendar contains an information about The Town Hall and Market Building on 56 Queen Street. Also on the inside cover there is a brief introduction to Port Hope and the ACO Branch of Port Hope. On each page there are different pictures of Port Hope and buildings within Port Hope along with a short description. Item is a poem written by Ona Gardiner to Frank Long, regarding missing money from Perrytown Church.

The fonds consists of records related to Paul Edell's business and community activities. Included is business and synagogue correspondence, property documents, certificates and a ledger book.

Fonds contains research files compiled by local historian Paul Baldwin relating to architecture and architects in St. Thomas and Elgin County, principally related to the work of John T. Findlay and Neil R. Darrach with an emphasis on Darrach. Also includes information on David Kilpatrick, Elgin County's first architect, as well as research notes that informed Baldwin's "Legacy" column published in "Community News". Finally, fonds contains original architectural plans created in circa 1903 by Neil Darrach for the St. Thomas Public Library building, as well as a photocopy of a plan for the residence of R.A. Cook.

Series consists of newspaper clippings, notes, correspondence and information regarding the Patterson House at 5 King Street, 1930-1989. It also includes N. Thomas Long's Civic Award Certificate (1989), and invitation to the Town of Port Hope Civic Awards Ceremony, 4 Feb 1989.

Item is an edition of "Old Ontario Houses, Traditions in Local Architecture," 2000. Publication includes photo, location and a brief description/caption for each house found in the book. This book contains information on Port Hope houses (see pages 64, 65, 73, 78 and 91).

This photograph album was likely prepared for advertising and promotional purposes by the O'Connor and Lancaster firm, or "Popular Photo Studio". It contains prints of London, Ontario, scenes, as well as advertising and promotional information about London and some of its businesses.

Series consists of research conducted by N. Tom Long related to the history of the Neelands Block, 7-9-11 Queen Street, Port Hope.

Item consists of a postcard showing a flower bed in front of the Civic Centre municipal complex.

The series contains correspondence, newsletters, photographs, scrapbooks, postcards, diagrams, clippings, bulletins, brochures, programs, song sheets, posters, publications, dramatic scripts, and reports. This material is related to the history of the third Mother House of the Sisters of St. Joseph in London, which was called Mount St. Joseph. There is information about the construction of the building and detailed information about its special features and decoration, including the Immaculate Conception Chapel, and its grounds, particularly the Grotto. The records also relate to planning the construction of, and move to, the Sisters’ residence in 2007, and the sale of the Mount St. Joseph building and property. There are records which reflect communal life in the convent, including the various organized groups, events, and dramatic and musical entertainment, and menus, meal planning, and recipes. The series contains records related to men religious who served at the Mother House, and other Diocesan correspondence. Information about both Fatima Hall and Ignatia Hall can be found, including the various uses of space in these buildings.

Series consists of newspaper clippings and information on the Molson's Mill Art School, c1955-1981. It includes a type-written excerpt from "The Barley and the Stream" by Merrill Denison (1955). Articles were clipped out of the Port Hope Evening Guide by N. Tom Long.

Series consists of one (1) DVD-ROM including seventeen (17) images of Molson Mill, 2015. It contains images of both the exterior and interior of the mill building, taken during the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario Port Hope Branch's 50th Annual House Tour, 3 Oct 2015.

The fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, financial reports, press conferences, news clippings, and photographs. The entire process of creating a memorial from the fundraising, choosing a sculptor and sculpture, site location, to the unveiling ceremony and maintenance of the sculpture is well documented. The community involvement with the project is also documented.
