Fonds consists of materials created by the Capitol Theatre Foundation over the course of renovations of the historic movie theatre, in Port Hope, 1992-2004.

File consists of an architectural and historical inventory of Walton Street between Mill Street and Pine Street. Booklet created by Jane Staunton, Karen Ingram and Lynn M. Flatley. The inventory includes pictures, maps and research completed by LACAC. Also an index of block numbers, building names, and dates. Each block has a short history written on it, including architectural characteristics, architect, location and year of building.

Item is a commemorative booklet for the 75th Anniversary of the Canton United Church (the brick structure), 1951. The booklet includes short history about congregation, buildings, cemetery and organizations.

Fonds consists of the papers created throughout the process of renovating the old Canadian National Railway station in Port Hope, c1977-1986. Fonds consists of four (4) blueprints/floor plans of the Port Hope Hospital that was located on Ward Street, c1915. The blueprints were created for the construction of the "old" hospital by Ellis & Ellis Architects, Toronto. They include: First Floor, Second Floor, East Elevation, and South Elevation.

Series consists of research conducted by N. Tom Long related to the history of the Neelands Block, 7-9-11 Queen Street, Port Hope.

This donation consists of: a) 7" x 10" print of the front and side exterior of Knoxville church b) 2" x 4.25" photograph of front exterior of Knoxville Church c) A small decorative wooden frame with a leaf pattern in the four corners, glass front and wood backboard.

The fonds contains the papers of John S. Turnbull of Belleville, Ontario. Enclosed in the first file is a description of the property of a Mr. Forrin; a notice instructing Mr. Turnbull to pay Mr. James Anderson eleven pounds, ten shillings by Mr. James Turnbull; and a description of the west side of Front Street. The second file consists of items relating to Turnbull's estate including a list of properties he owned, a list of personal effects, the last will and testament of Margaret Campbell, the first and final wills of John Turnbull, and documents pertaining to a dispute over his estate by his family after his death, there is also a map of mineral reserves in Marmora. The third file is composed of various real estate contracts, the fourth file consists of real estate deeds, while the fifth file is made up of real estate leases.

15 images rescued from the Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf in the 1980s. The images date from the early 1950s and are pasted on to card. They were used in teaching children at the school. The collection also includes a colour print of 'Keep BCI in the Picture' a reproduction of 'East Side, West Side' by Eve Lucy, printed by Market High as part of the campaign BCIVS 2000, commiteeted to keeping the Belleville Collegiate Institute and Vocational School building as part of the Belleville landscape.
