St. George's congregation developed out of services held in Ellis' Schoolhouse beginning in 1900. In 1901, Mr. John Murphy donated land for a church. The frame church was completed in 1908 and St. George's, White Lake (later known as Waba) was dedicated on November 19th the same year. The 50th anniversary of St. George's, Waba was celebrated on November 19, 1958 and the 90th anniversary was celebrated in 1998. Waba is in the parish of Pakenham with St. Mark's, Pakenham and St. John's, Antrim.

Services were first held at Morehead, Clarke's Settlement in 1864 by the Rev. George Robinson. A lot of land was secured in 1893 to build a church and on May 22, 1894, the cornerstone for St. John the Evangelist Church, Clarke's Station was laid. The church was opened for Divine service the same year and consecrated in 1896 by Bishop William Bennett Bond. From 1910 to 1968, Clarke's was part of the parish of Campbell's Bay. On August 4, 1968, the last regular service was held at St. John the Evangelist, Clarke's. Since that time, the church has only been used for annual cemetery services.

Eardley began as an outstation of Onslow with services held from 1854 to 1871 in a log schoolhouse in Upper Eardley near the site of the present St. Luke's. Steps were taken in 1864 for the construction of a church and land for a burial ground was set apart by Margaret Bolton, widow of the late John Warren McLean. In 1871, Mrs. McLean collected money, timber and shingles to build the church; however, it was another three years until the completion of St. Luke's Church, Eardley. St. Luke's is a part of the parish of Aylmer.

Glen Almond began as an outstation in the parish of Buckingham. In 1899, Julienne Lonsdale sold the land for the Glen Almond church to Bishop William Bennett Bond of Montreal and construction was begun. St. John's, Glen Almond was consecrated by Coadjutor Bishop James Carmichael of Montreal on June 26, 1904. In 1962, Glen Almond was removed from the listing of active congregations and was closed. The Church of St. John's was reopened in 1983 and is presently in the parish of the Eastern Outaouais.

The construction of St. Matthew's Church, North Onslow began in 1865 under the direction of the Rev. Francis Braithwaite and was completed two years later. The first Divine service was held on April 7, 1867. Plans were made in 1894 to replace the old St. Matthew's Church as it was decaying. A brick veneer building was erected in that year and consecrated in 1895. Premature in becoming self-supporting, St. Matthew's lost its independent status in 1906 and was placed back on the Mission Fund with the status of Parish. In 1956, North Onslow was listed as having only twelve persons in the mission and it is probable that the church was closed soon after. St. Matthew's, North Onslow was deconsecrated by the Rev. Edmund N. McColl and the building was demolished in 1958.

A free grant of land in the township of Portland (later Poltimore) on the edge of St. Pierre de Wakefield was given to Bishop William Bennett Bond of Montreal in 1886. A log church had been erected on that land in 1869. The first Christ Church, Portland was consecrated on October 5, 1877 by Bishop Ashton Oxenden of Montreal. In 1902, the parish rgister records the church name as Christ Church, Poltimore. The mission continued to flourish and expand and the foundation for a new church was laid in 1907. The last service in the old Christ Church was held on January 19, 1908. The building was deconsecrated by Bishop John Cragg Farthing of Montreal in November of the same year. The second Christ Church, Poltimore held its first service on January 26, 1908 and was consecrated by Bishop Farthing in July of the following year. In 1918, the name Portland was officially changed to Poltimore. By 1999, repairs had been made to the church building. Christ Church, Poltimore is currently part of the parish of the Eastern Outaouais.

In 1856, a site for a church in Portage-du-Fort was donated by the Usborne family. On May 19, 1856, the Rev. J.S. Sykes laid the cornerstone for St. George's Church. Bishop Francis Fulford of Montreal consecrated St. George's, Portage-du-Fort on August 1, 1858. The centennial of the church was celebrated in 1956. From 1978 to 1991, the parish co-operated pastorally with the United Church Pastoral Charge of Campbell's Bay (and Bryson), resulting in financial improvement to the parish. The 125th anniversary of the consecration was celebrated in 1983. Portage-du-Fort is part of the parish of Clarendon.

In 1876, Mr. Joseph C. Storey donated a free grant of land to the Rev. W.C. Clarke of Buckingham for a church at Lochaber (Silver Creek). Members of all the local denominations assisted in the construction of the log church which was completed in 1877. St. Thomas', Lochaber was consecrated by Bishop William Bennett Bond of Montreal on February 18, 1879. In 1952, the name was changed from Lochaber to Silver Creek. St. Thomas' Church is part of the parish of the Eastern Outaouais.

An early church was started in the Municipality of Wright, but before being completed it was destroyed by fire (no dates). Prior to starting this church and until the present St. James' was built, services were held in a local schoolhouse, used also by the Presbyterians and Methodists. The cornerstone for the church was laid July 8, 1882 by Alonzo Wright, M.P.P. St. James', Wright was opened for Divine service and was consecrated by Bishop William Bennett Bond of Montreal on August 23, 1885. In 2001, St. James' was designated as a memorial church which meets less frequently as a worshipping community. Wright is part of the Parish of the Northern Pontiac.

St. James the Apostle, Manotick was built in 1876 on land donated by Mr. M.K. Dickinson and in 1896, the church was placed on a new foundation. St. James' was improved with an enlarged nave and the addition of a bell tower in 1911. The 50th anniversary of St. James' was celebrated in November of 1926 and the basement of the church was converted into a parish hall by 1946. A rectory was built in 1957. In 1976, the centenary of the church was celebrated. Services were held in the Royal Canadian Legion Hall for 10 months until the construction of a new St. James the Apostle was completed in 1985. Bishop Edwin Lackey conducted the dedication service in the new St. James', Manotick on March 10th of that year. St. James the Apostle, Manotick was consecrated on October 24, 1993 by Bishop John A. Baycroft. The 125th anniversary of the parish was celebrated in 2001. Includes some records for St. John's, Kars.

In 1892, a wooden church was built at Pierce's Corners on land obtained from Mr. and Mrs. William J. Pierce. St. John's, Pierce's Corners was consecrated by Bishop Charles Hamilton on September 11, 1898. Renovations were made on the church in 1902 and 1910. The 50th anniversary of St. John's was celebrated in October of 1942. Lightning struck the church in 1991 and repairs were made. The 100th anniversary was celebrated the following year. From 1887 to the present, Pierce's Corners has been part of the two-point parish of North Gower.

The stone church of St. Augustine's, Prospect was built in 1854 on land donated by the James family. St. Augustine's Church and Burial Ground were consecrated by Bishop Charles Hamilton on September 24, 1896. Renovations to the church were undertaken in 1902 and St. Augustine's was reopened in June of 1903. The church was redecorated and reopened by Bishop John Charles Roper on November 22, 1926. A church hall was obtained from the Independent Order of Forrester's in February of 1929. Centenary services were held in June of 1954. In 1967, St. Stephen's, Munster and St. Augustine's, Prospect were closed for regular Sunday services. St. Augustine's was maintained by the parish for funeral chapel purposes up to 1969 with services held on the first Sunday in August each year.

Services began in the Tennyson schoolhouse in November of 1893. This arrangement continued until 1895 when the brick church of St. John's, Tennyson was built and dedicated. A rectory was purchased for the church by 1898. The 50th anniversary of St. John's was celebrated in October of 1945. Due to population changes, the decision was made to close the church. Bishop Ernest Samuel Reed performed the Act of Secularization for St. John's, Tennyson on November 20, 1966.

Christ Church, Bytown was built of stone in 1832 on land donated by Nicholas Sparks. Prior to this building, a log church was in existence. The first service held in the unfinished interior was on July 21, 1832. Two transepts were built and the enlarged building was consecrated by Bishop Strachan on October 8, 1843. In 1844, a site for a cemetery was obtained which was taken over and converted into a park by the City of Ottawa in 1909. In 1865, a rectory was built. The last service in the old church was held on March 3, 1872 and the building was subsequently torn down. The cornerstone for the new Christ Church was laid on July 3, 1872 by James D. Slater, son-in-law to Nicholas Sparks. The opening service was held on September 29, 1873. In 1897, Christ Church was designated as the Cathedral of the recently formed Diocese of Ottawa. The decision was made to erect Lauder Hall in 1902 as a memorial to Dean Lauder and the hall was inaugurated the following spring. Bishop Charles Hamilton consecrated Christ Church Cathedral on June 16, 1903. During 1932, the centenary of Christ Church parish, the old chancel was torn down and the stones were used for the foundation of a new chancel. The Cathedral was struck by lightning in June of 1949 and the minor damages were soon repaired. Property was purchased in 1951 for use as a Cathedral rectory and an extension to Lauder Hall was completed in 1953. The 125th anniversary of the original Christ Church, 85th anniversary of the laying of the cornerstone of the present edifice, and the 60th anniversary of its designation as a Cathedral was celebrated in 1957. On September 6, 1989 the Ottawa City Council approved the designation of the Diocesan/Cathedral properties as “The Cathedral Hill Heritage Conservation District.” The rectory was sold during the 1990's. A restoration project for the Cathedral and Lauder Hall was undertaken in 1991 and is still in progress. A columbarium was completed and opened in 2001.

The mission of Lanark dates from 1819 when the Rev. Michael Harris began ministering to the people in the community. St. Paul's was built in 1842 on land donated by Mr. James H. Manahan. A new parsonage was built by 1899 and renovated in 1906 at which time the church was enlarged. The cemetery in the churchyard was closed in 1917 and a new burial ground was obtained. St. Paul's Church celebrated its centenary on June 28, 1942. Fire considerably damaged the church in 1945 and while repairs were being made, services were held in the Congregational Church. The parsonage was sold around 1990. The 150th anniversary of St. Paul's, Lanark was celebrated in 1992.

The Parish of Maberly-Lanark presently consists of four churches and formerly included two others. The mission of Lanark dates back to 1819 and St. Paul's, Lanark was built in 1842. Land was obtained in 1831 and St. John's, Balderson's Corners was erected soon after. Services were being held in Bathurst (later Brooke) by 1849 and the wooden church of St. Stephen's opened in 1867. The congregation at Maberly dates to 1883 and St. Alban's, Maberly was opened in 1886. St. Peter's, Fallbrook was built around 1856, was deconsecrated in 1969, and the closing services were held on June 28, 1970. Land was donated in 1863 for a church and graveyard at Rokeby with St. John the Baptist in the Wilderness, Rokeby consecrated in 1864. The church building was gone by 1925 and the cemetery has been inactive since 1949.

Carleton Place parishioners were served by neighbouring clergy for many years until the erection of their first church in 1834. In 1881, the present stone structure was begun to replace the frame church, and the first service in the second St. James' was held on January 4, 1882. Bishop J. Travers Lewis consecrated St. James' Church and Burial Ground on October 14, 1885. The parish hall opened in November of 1923. A special service was held on November 17, 1929 after the restoration and redecoration of the church. The centennial of the founding of the church at Carleton Place was celebrated in September of 1934. An addition to the church was erected in 1966. The old rectory, added in 1893, was sold and a new one built in 1977. St. James' was rededicated on April 30, 1978 by Bishop William Robinson. The 150th anniversary of St. James' was celebrated from Advent in 1983 to Advent in 1984. Carleton Place is a one-point parish.

Services in the 1820's and 1830's were held in a log building and the parish began as an outstation of St. James', Franktown. The first St. John the Evangelist, Smiths Falls was built in 1849 on land donated by Mr. William Simpson for a church and burial ground. The church was enlarged in 1862 with the addition of the chancel and vestry, and the rectory was built in 1881. An addition to the cemetery was made in 1873. In 1893, the sanctuary and transepts were added and the church was reopened in early 1894. Nesbitt memorial Hall was built in 1910 and the basement was excavated in 1925 to modernize it. An addition to the burial ground was donated by the Town of Smiths Falls in 1940. The centenary of the church was celebrated in the autumn of 1949. Bishop Robert Jefferson dedicated the new memorial tower at St. John the Evangelist on December 3, 1950. A cross was added to the tower in 1950 and the tower was restored in 1970. The old rectory was torn down in 1979 and a new one obtained in 1986. The Link between the hall and the church was constructed in 1986. Since 1985, Smiths Falls has been a one-point parish.

On October 20, 1962 the first service of the Church of the Resurrection of our Lord was held in General Vanier Public School. The parish of the Church of the Resurrection, Ottawa was officially formed on April 1, 1965. A rectory was subsequently obtained. Riverside United Church and Resurrection pooled their resources to build a common site for worship and other church ministries. The sod for a church was turned on June 8, 1969. Bishop Ernest Samuel Reed and United Church Reverend Douglas C. Lapp dedicated the combined Riverside United Church and Church of the Resurrection on December 10, 1969. The rectory was sold around 1996.

St. Alban's congregation met in the court room of the Ottawa Court House from October of 1865 and in December of that year, the name St. Alban the Martyr was chosen. Sunday services continued in the Court House until the church was built. Mr. Henry Bate provided the land for the church and the cornerstone was laid on May 9, 1867. The new church was opened for services on September 8th of that year. Renovations were undertaken and the church was completed and reopened on February 18, 1877. Land was obtained for a rectory in 1898. Bishop Charles Hamilton consecrated St. Alban the Martyr, Ottawa on May 3, 1914. Renovations and restoration were done in 1934 and again in 1945 and 1952. The centennial of St. Alban's was held on October 15, 1967. The rectory was sold in 1977. Restoration work was undertaken on the church building from 1987-1992. In 1992, the 125th anniversary celebrations were held.
