Administrative history
Shortly after the close of World War II, a group of Lithuanian Lutherans, who had been driven from their homeland, began worshipping together at St. John's Lutheran Church, Toronto. In 1951, Grace Lithuanian Lutheran Church in Toronto was officially organized as a congregation within the Ontario District of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (now East District of Lutheran Church-Canada). In 1954, a church was built. The congregation disbanded in 1972.
