Brownsville Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925, formerly Methodist; it included Brownsville, Delmer, and Culloden. Brownsville- Culloden United Church was established ca. 1974 when Culloden United Church closed and its congregation joined Brownsville in the Brownsville church.
